Terms and Conditions
(please read carefully)
A booking is not confirmed until receipt of
£100 deposit. Full payment can be made prior
to arrival or is expected on arrival. The
deposit will be returned providing the
accommodation is left clean and tidy with no
damage or breakages. The nos. of persons
stated on the Booking Form must not exceed
without permission. Occupy is from 4pm on
the day of arrival and guests are required
to vacate by 11am on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation from time of booking
confirmation 10% forfeit of total booking
price.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date;
30% forfeit of total booking price.
Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival
date; 100% forfeit of total booking price.
We will be happy to reimburse you if we are
able to subsequently accept a booking for
those dates.
