Terms and Conditions
1. The
guests will use the accommodation for
private residential holiday purposes only
and will not sub-let the accommodation.
2. The
guests will be responsible for repair or
replacement of any breakages, loss or damage
and shall leave the property in a clean neat
and tidy condition.
3. No
responsibility is accepted by the
proprietors or any person living or working
on Whitethorn Property for any loss, damage
or injury to the person or property
(including vehicles, accessories and
contents) whilst within the confines of
Whitethorn Property or whilst the guest or
any member of his/her party is engaged in
any activity, or any illness arising from
and cause whatsoever.
4. If
the guest needs to cancel a reservation for
any reason he/she must notify the
proprietors by telephone and confirm the
cancellation in writing. The proprietors
will then attempt to find an alternative
guest for the accommodation but if they are
unsuccessful then the guest will not be
entitled to refund of any deposit paid.
In the event that a guest cancels within
twenty eight days of the commencement date
of the holiday, the guest will be
responsible for the full cost of the rental
for the reserved period unless the
proprietors are able of find a substitute
guest, in which case a refund, less
expenses, of any unexpired portion of the
rental will be made to the cancelling guest.
5. MINORS
Booking cannot be accepted from persons
under eighteen years of age.
6. ANIMALS
Pets are not permitted.
7. The
proprietors believe that the information
shown on this web site is correct but they
cannot accept any responsibility for any
errors therein.
Availability
The booking is made in good faith in the
belief that the accommodation will be placed
at the disposal of the guest on the date
stated. If for any reason this is not
possible through circumstances not under the
control of the proprietor, the proprietor
cannot guarantee to provide an alternative.
In such an event the deposit will be
refunded in full but the guest will have no
claim against the proprietor or agent. To
allow for a continuing policy of
improvement, the proprietors reserve the
right
